This was the first time I used Fractureme to have a special photo made on glass as a gift. When I first received my "print", I will admit I was not completely satisfied but, I contacted the company and they, living up to their committment and promise, remade my print. I am now completely satisfied with the print and with the customer service as well. I would recommend them.

I was under the impression that the photo would be printed on the glass not just glued to the back of the glass. I was disappointed.

Ordered a print, came out cloudy. Notified gracture. Made a new print at no cost. Came out perfect the second time. These people are true to their word. Not many companies that back up what they say.......thanks........Ted Davis

I love my picture!! I got one for my daughter awhile back and she really liked it so I got one for my other daughter for Christmas.

It turned out much nicer than expected. My granddaughter's blue eyes did not pop in the printed on paper version but on glass it’s just beautiful. Very glad I bought the prints. I love mine and I’m sure my daughter in law will love hers.
