Pictures came out great turn around was fast

The finished product is acceptable BUT it is NOT printed on glass. It is a paper with a glass overlay. Again, it is NOT printed ON glass, as advertised on TV.

I purchased it as a Christmas gift and when I opened it I thought it was simply beautiful, I'm sure to get the same reaction when the people who this gift is intended will feel the same way. The picture is of their proposal.

I've ordered several times and each photo came back great. The pictures were quick to arrive. I highly recommend ordering prints on glass.

Product is super! Looks great on wall!! In the future, please provide a paper template for photo wall purchases - or sell one. This was fully expected but not provided!

The three photos I submitted for printing turned out really good. Two of the photos were printed at full size and the last was printed slightly smaller. When I was exploring the Fracture website prior to ordering I noticed some of their photos depicted employees handling the photos with their bare hands and fingers. When my photos arrived I noticed all three of them have finger and handprints. I was really hoping that the employees used cotton finger cots or gloves to handle the prints, but apparently they do not. I would have given Fracture a five star rating had my photos arrived free of hand and fingerprints.

Extremely unhappy with the quality of the prints! There are visible problematic differences between the photo I uploaded bs. What I received. I reached out to them, but never heard back.
