Have ordered from this company in the past without any issues. Totally different experience recently. I was unable to place an exclamation point in the gift message. Nor was I able to mail it to the gift recipient. SO done with the now "totally fractured" Fractureme!! Not worth the hassle!

I have ordered glass prints in the past and been satisfied. The experience this time is woefully INADEQUATE. I uploaded a photo to make glass print,. I received NO confirmation however they did manage to charge my credit card. I have made a few attempts to contact their customer service (misnomer) to no avail.. Good luck trying to reach them. First, let me say I have used Fracture many times, and I have been very satisfied up until now. The photo i ordered this time is beautiful, but it does not fit on the wooden stand. I chose the wood because I thought it would be sturdier than the metal. The picture is their medium size and too heavy to sit on a flat surface table. There was no way of knowing this when I placed my order. I do feel Fracture should have known this and reached out to me to say it would not work on a table. I have reached out twice through their on-line help chat. I allowed time between contacts for their response. I have not had any reply. I asked for either a larger stand, or for instructions on how to return the stand i ordered with the picture. No reply. This company has horrible customer service. There are no contact phone numbers; it's a chat format, and they never respond. The frames are not inexpensive, and the consumer has a right to receive ample customer service if something doesn't work out. I will never use them again. I hope someone at this company reads this review and decides to reach out. JoAnn DalMolin

Our team took a look into your recent order, and it looks like it included a Small wood stand, meant for our two smallest size prints. Terrible experience. I ordered two medium sized prints on glass. One arrived completely "fractured." I guess the company name fits. Also annoying was the FedEx shipping was terrible. Nine days total shipping time. Two different "deliver by end of day" projections missed, and finally delivered broken five days after the first expected delivery date. No way to contact so-called "customer service" except via email. My email to support has not been answered from more than 24 hours ago. Also, the quality of the print is marginal at best. Save your money. Save your aggravation. Avoid this company.

Print arrived broken - I reported it and sent photo of broken glass! They have responded and are replacing. I missed their original email- my bad!!

UPDATE: They sent me SPAM this morning (Thursday), making their claim of stopping the SPAM on Monday a lie. I used profanity only because I asked several times for them to stop the SPAM, and they started sending it every day. They provoked my angry response. (More reason to avoid them consumers.) Find another provider. Look at how they are treating me... ORIGINAL POST: We have used this company several times. The work is acceptable, but many people online are reporting poor quality work lately. My problem with this company is the simple fact that they send you spam constantly after you make a purchase. There is no phone number and they will not respond to email. There are other companies that do the same work for less. This consumer recommends to buy elsewhere.

We completely understand that some customers would prefer not to receive promotional emails. All our emails contain an option to instantly unsubscribe at the bottom, and our team unsubscribed your email address immediately on Monday morning after seeing your repeated emails from over the weekend. Those emails contained excessive profanity and verbal abuse, to which our team is not obligated to respond. They also contained this email: "Since you morons won't leave me alone, I will start posting 1-star reviews and say your products and company are garbage." Every Fracture print has a 100% Happiness Guarantee on its print quality and manufacture, but it seems likely that this Trustpilot review does not pertain to the quality of your printed order from April.

Fractureme does not print full resolution prints when the file size exceeds 50mb. So: not a serious platform for fine artists dedicated to the highest quality.

I'm so frustrated that this company won't respond to my inquiries, and I would potentially use them in a commercial (frequent use) way..the glass has a foam backing to it, which may be great for hanging but is terrible if you planned to put some light behind it (like in a window). You might as well use acrylic or metal, as it looks exactly the same for lesser price..I contacted them a week ago with no replies. I also had trouble uploading anything over 5 MB and never received help despite my inquiries, so had to use inferior artwork.
