THE SIZE WAS FINE BUT THE SKIN TONE LOOKED TOO RED. I DID NOT RETURN IT BUT I AM DISSAPPOINTED. THE REST OF THE PHOTOS I SENT AND GOT BACK OVER THE PAST TWO YEAR WERE FINE.

My home is filled with these and makes the halls filled with joy . The customer service is the Best at this company .

I ordered a picture from Fracture of a bronze statue that has a very personal meaning to my wife and me. I have never done this before and after I sent the digital photo to Fracture I realized it would look better if I could make it brighter and lighter. So, within a few hours of placing the order, I sent another photo with an explanation that I wanted to use that photo. Within a very short time I got an email from Ellie who told me no problem to switch the photos. I was so appreciative of how responsive and helpful she was and now I will get the picture the way I want it. And she pointed out that if I was not satisfied they would redo it. A terrific experience and kudos to Ellie.We got the picture in time for xmas and it was better than we could have imagined. Very pleased for sure.

I have ordered several fractures/pictures since October. A couple were not quite right (missing my watermark) but the folks at Fracture were so easy to work with, they worked with me to re-do the pictures and did a great job. I will use them again. If you haven't tried it, do. You won't be disappointed!

Everything about the company is excellent. This is my fourth print and I have used Fracture on my most sentimental jpeg photos. My four star rating is no reflection on the company, but the jpeg size of the print. If the print is too small it will limit the maximum size of the Fracture product. They will not print a low quality picture
