Prints were sharp and filled the frame, when I had a problem with an earlier print, not fitting the available size, we worked out a solution and the print was redone at no cost. Extremely happy with customer support.

My print(s) 2 of the three are not what I uploaded. It appears as though some of the print was cut off in two of the 3 prints. I emailed your support team and have not heard anything. I am now wondering if you truly have a "100% happy" guarantee when you don't reach back.

My first order on glass. Thought I'd try something different. Ordered 3 pictures: 20x16, 12x12, and 6x9. Very happy with the results. Will order again I'm sure.

The quality of the glass print is superb. Pictures are edge to edge, and create a borderless view of the content, which is what us photographers are after — nothing to distract from the image we captured. And hangers on the back — bonus!!!

I received my picture and it was damaged in transport, I emailed them with a picture of the damage, Fracture contacted me and i received a replacement in 7 days. Thank You too The Fracture Team

Turned out great!! Was pleasantly impressed, it looked better than on the website. Picture was for my Son and Daughter-in-law they loved it! Thanks fracture I highly recommend.
