SCAM, DO NOT BUY. I ordered and it took over a week to be sent a fake Canpar tracking number. FPInsole's "customer service" took 3 full business days to respond while the website says "within 24h". Their response was to resend the fake tracking number, so I called Canpar who confirmed nothing was shipped through them. I then visited TrustPilot to realize I have been scammed. I cancelled the charge through my credit card provider.

Absolute scam. I've being chatting with agent over their chat for almost a month now trying to get my refund. I shipped their insoles back complaining they are uncomfortable and asking for refund. Tracking says package arrived at their facility more than a week ago and I am still waiting for my refund. They said to me that warehouse did not receive the package yet. I'm opening a transaction dispute. Stay away!

So I order two pairs of insoles today because they said if you buy one you get a free pair well I got the order confirmation and all that in my Gmail but after I checked it it just freaking disappears I can't get a hold of anyone through any of the contact information their emails their numbers nothing what a waste of 50 bucks

I purchased the gamechanger insoles after seeing the website on Facebook and getting the 35% discount. They took about 2-3 weeks to come in the mail. The quality seems good. I have flat feet and I have been wearing them in my work boots for the past month. I am on my feet all day and they are comfortable. I feel that the discounted price seems fair. I will probably buy another pair if they offer the discount again.

**Edit 02/2027** FP Insoles has flagged my review for removal even though it’s fully honest and describes my experience with them. If they’re flagging mine, there’s a good chance they’re doing this with others in order to up their score. Another shady practice by this company. Avoid! Edit: They replied saying they have 3 thicknesses available. But they weren’t when I bought them, but either way their flagrant disregard of their return policy is why I wrote this in the first place. tldr: possibly the worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of returns, by no means hassle free, and you have to foot the bill for return shipping so it’s an expensive gamble. Original review 09/2024: Don’t waste your time with these. They made my shoes too tight and I was worried that they were going to cause permanent damage to my feet. Customer support is lacking; they did not honour their 90-day return policy. I wasn’t able to find any strengths for these overpriced insoles. To boot, the company has awful customer support. These insoles are horrible… I tried them in three different pairs of shoes and they made my shoes so tight that I was worried they were going to cause permanent damage to my feet. I really wanted to like them so I kept trying, but the last time I wore them I had to take them out of my shoes at a fancy restaurant and carry them around all night in my pocket. I explained this to the company and that I wanted to return them under the 90 day return policy. I’ve now gone back-and-forth three times, the reps assisting me keep telling me that I just need to give it more time, and I keep telling them that I’m absolutely not going to use them again. Don’t bother wasting your time on these, especially if you thought the company would actually honour the return policy. I've tried various insoles, never had this problem before, it’s best to explore custom orthotics if you’re going to be spending this kind of money.

I ordered from their website after seeing their ads on Facebook and instagram. After purchasing, there was no confirmation page and I did not receive any confirmation email about my purchase. I checked my bank and the payment went through. I went to their website and messaged the chat bot and it asked me to leave a message and told me they’ll respond within 24hrs. It’s been more than 3 business days and they still haven’t responded. I also went to their Facebook business page and left them a message there and 2 business days past and still no response. I went back to their website and left them another message and still no response. I think FP Insoles company is a fraud and scam. Beware and be careful of falling for their ads, Do not purchase unless you also want to get SCAMMED.

Scam. No receipt, no email, got laughed at by the customer service as they took my money.

So, I have an original pair of the Gamechanger Insoles that I have used primarily for tennis for 1.5 years. They were getting a bit worn so I decided to order a pair of the Gamechanger Sport Pro's. I received them on-time as promised. They were shipped "out of the box" which was the first "red flag". Maybe they were a return that went bad? I noticed how I could bend these in half which is not a good sign for an athletic insole. They were much longer than my original game changers so I had to trim the very tips by about 1/4 of an inch off the top. I followed the directions putting them in the oven and walking around in them to mold. I played tennis that evening, and I immediately felt the "lackluster" arch and cushioning from these. I tried them again for another match with the same result. I have been going back with Mike from Customer Support for a week only asking for an exchange (not a refund). After a week of emails back and forth, Mike told me that I trimmed them "too much", and I was not eligible for a return/exchange. This is NOT the way to manage an exchange, and I'm now questioning the "quality" of FP insoles.
