Seen all the ads, thought I'd give this a try. Signed up, used the concierge service. Took my payment, asked for no picture. Messaged them. Was told someone would contact me for the pictures. Never did. Sent me two different insoles. Used the kingfoam model. After 9 hours of wearing them, top layer came off. Used the gamechagers. Was given no instructions on how to mold them. Messaged customer service, back and forth with them. Seemed like every time was someone different and did not read the previous sent messages. Was told they couldn't read the previous messages. There answer was, they sent me another set of gamechangers without asking me and basically washed their hands of the whole ordeal. I do not recommend this company at all. The whole process seemed like a money grab. Customer Service seemed very weak and did not try and resolve the issue or correct the mistakes.

I love FP insoles! Been using all kinds of their insoles in all of my shoes for around 5-6 years now. Im a skateboarder and love the high impact models for my skate shoes. I’m 33 now and can say these insoles are very important in my wellness regimen to maintaining healthy joints. Customer support is top tier!

I had my package stolen in my building. After contacting the property management and fedex, they were unable to do anything. HOWEVER, FP insole's customer service understood my situation and reshipped another shipment of the soles i ordered, to the billing address. Whole process took 1/2 weeks and it went incredibly smooth. Amazing customer service, Incredibly comfortable soles. Would recommend purchasing, even just for the fast emails and service.

Did not receive my order yet, it’s been a week. And they keep asking for a review. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I purchased shoes got the email of confirmation and shipment it’s been almost two weeks and no tracking number I reached out to customer service got 1 response and nothing else I have emailed them 3 times and no response horrible customer service!!!!

The insoles are really good quality and have helped me be able to keep skating into my thirties without the pain I’d have otherwise. Their shin protecting socks have come in clutch as well as their hip protector inserts in keeping my lower body pristine as well. The graphics on the insoles and their skate team go super hard also! I’ve been skating with their quality made pants, boxers, socks, insoles, and other products now for over 10 years and loved every second of the experiences with FP products.

These insoles truly make a difference. I play a lot of pickleball which puts a lot of strain on the body from the continuous starting and stopping. My Achilles and my knees pay the price and I feel less pain after playing. Recovery time is also cut down. It’s not an end all fix but these insoles are MUCH better than others I’ve tried and I’m always on the hunt for something better. Worth 5 stars in my opinion.

I've done some damage to my body being a sponsored skateboarder at a young age. Heel bruises were brutal and could take weeks to heal... after using one pair of TJ Roger's FP elites taking in and out each time for 5 different pairs of shoes, I bought a second pair and will probably buy a 3rd. If you're serious about absolutely anything to do with an outdoor or active lifestyle and care about your feet. Just buy a damn pair. No testimonial can tell you what to do, you just got to pull the trigger and your feet will thank you. Cheers.
