There was a hiccup when my order was originally shipped. I had ordered 2 pairs of skates and only 1 was shipped. I contacted Foxy Skates and explained the issue. They immediately responded and researched my claim. I received an apology and the second pair of skates was shipped immediately. Excellent customer service in an age where that is a dying concept. A new shipment was processed and I was also given a partial refund due to the inconvenience. My wife and I love her skates and we can't wait to bust them out!
