My beautiful skates and skate strap came in. My pads were missing though. Foxy got right on sending them out immediately and apologized for the mistake. Everything is great and I I'm in love with my new skates and having a blast!

Smooth skating. I love these skates. Best gift I have ever gifted myself.

These slippers are amazing! So comfy. I have wood floors so they help keep my legs from hurting so bad.

This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

I haven’t received my skates yet but the customer service alone has been amazing. The response time and kindness shown has been so comforting knowing I’m being taken care of!
