When my original order was lost in transit Foxy Skates immediately upon notification that I had not received my order reshipped. It arrived in a matter of a few days. My daughter said that my granddaughter would sleep in them if she could. They fit perfectly and are quality skates. I am sure I will have to order more as my granddaughter is still growing.

I'm disappointed 😞 because these were a birthday gift for my daughter 10th birthday and to our surprise she is missing laces for one of her skates. So this is unacceptable. We need this issue to be resolved ASAP! Talked through email with PEOPLE from customer service. The service is poor and they act like the problem was my fault. ASKING TO SEE PICTURES LIKE I WAS LYING. I only wanted the tracking number to make sure the laces would arrive in a decent time. Like I've said these were a gift for a 10 year old so of course she is anxious and ready to wear them. So make a long story short. The customer service DEPARTMENT is rude and didn't even apologize OR EXPLAIN THE ISSUE. They tried to tell me to send the skates back FOR A REFUND??? Like why would I? when nothing is wrong with the skates!! THEY just DON'T HAVE LACES IN BOTH OF THEM!! I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. 😤 IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT IF THEY ARE COMING. SO I ORDER MY DAUGHTER LACES FROM ELSEWHERE!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN OR ANYTHING. POOR SERVICE AND THIS WAS MY 1ST PURCHASE FROM THEM...NEVER AGAIN!! HOW YOU SEND OUT SKATES WITHOUT LACES IN THEM??? RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST!! GET A BETTER SYSTEM BEFORE YOU SEND OUT ORDERS!!! LASTLY, THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A REFUND ON ANYTHING FOR OUR TROUBLE... I HAD TO CALL THEM OUT FOR THEM TO SAY JUST SEND THEM BACK!!! BUT WHY? WHEN ALL WE NEED ARE LACES...REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE SKATES FOR MY TROUBLE!!! CAUSE THIS WAS A BIG MESS🤬😠😡😤

They got a bad name for no reason. I was scared of the reviews and tried to cancel after I bought them (the instagram was everything!). They were even compliant after the request. But when I received them I was very impressed! The packaging was so pretty and neat, and the skate itself was sturdy. There was the slightest stain on my black shoelace but it was barely noticeable, I’m just super observant. I’m an advanced skater - skateboard, blade, and ice skate, but I refused to ride on quads because I was just convinced I would b.m.a (until recently inspired)! I was gliding and spinning with comfort after only 10 minutes on them! Admitted I was absolutely petrified at first but I was laughing out loud joyously the whole way! Honestly coming from me I almost let the reviews discourage me from contemplating effort. I’m so happy I didn’t. If my skating needs do change in the future, I can at least say foxy skates helped me take my first step! -missmontreal2u

Presentation is everything. I was impressed with the email communication of the tracking status of my item. However, when it arrived the package was in terrible shape. I was afraid of the contents inside as the outer bag looked as if it was torn apart and taped back together. The actual foxyskates box was held together in such a poor fashion. It was actually held together by one piece of tape and when this was removed the box totally flattened out. I thought the items would be so damaged, or in a used condition. The skates did appear to be used the wheels were very clean and new looking. It was just so doubtful the way the package arrived in such a poor condition.
