From ordering til delivery… excellent service! Obsessed with my Red skates! Ordering my next pair soon!

Beautiful skates, comfy fit, accurate sizing

Got my first pair of skate. Shipping was extremely fast.

The order was speedy and accurate.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The original order was never shipped. WEEKS later, I ask for tracking - they provide me with one and no reason why the order was not shipped. A week later - we received the wrong pair. DAYS later after multiple emails a label was sent to ship back and they confirmed the original pair I ordered was ready to ship. IT NEVER SHIPPED. TWO MORE weeks go by and multiple emails later - a refund was issued with no explanation. I understand mistakes happen, but it is also their job to correct it when it sounds like the skates were simply oversold. A simple email could have fixed it with an immediate refund - not a month later trying to cover their mistake with silence. I've found the EXACT pair for $10 cheaper now anyway at Impala Skates. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I love love my new skates!! I just started skating again - first time since at least 1978! - and I’m taking lessons, and I love zipping around the rink in my gorgeous and comfortable purple and orange skates. All the women in my adult class agree they’re awesome. (I hope that is a compliment, coming from a grandmother, and doesn’t turn younger skaters away!)

I love these skates they are beautiful and ride very smnooth

Shipping was quick. The skates are well made and very nice. I got one for me and my friend loved it and had me ordered one for her. She loves hers too
