The skates are great! They are super cute and true to size.

Gorgeous skates. Daughter loves them

I have been begging someone to get in contact with me about the shipping for my skates and they just stopped replying altogether. I’ve tried everything. I wanted these skates so bad and they never came. I ordered them 2 weeks ago with their “3-5 day fed-ex ground shipping” and I haven’t received my skates. UPS even emailed me telling me when I should be expecting the package and then poof—everything was gone not even 24 hours later. No more tracking info, my package notification was changed to “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” Foxy has stopped responding to me altogether and now I’m out of $80.

I had a complaint and customer service contacted me and took care of me in less than 24 hours customer service get a thumbs up from me .Quality of my purchase was 10 out of ten really nice skates.I would buy from this company again

My skate are so comfy I can't wait to buy more in the other colors

Skates look marvelous Fit well and comfortable and I live my pink bag

The pair of skates I got was dirty and smelled really bad. But the wheels glided really well when skating outdoors.
