Cute and quality skates. Had message them letting them know I was missing my tool so they are now sending it to me.

Received my order fast - love the skates - they are super cute - perfect fit - haven't had a chance to wear them yet to test comfort level - I will update my review once I have had the opportunity to skate in them.

I purchased two sets of foxyskates 2 days apart. The initial carrier for both orders was UPS. UPS proceeded to hand off both orders to USPS. I live in a apartment and USPS left a note saying the packages were unabled to be delivered. USPS didn’t attempt to deliver both packages to my front door. I contacted USPS and was told that the packages were not delivered because of possible theft. I requested that both packages be returned to sender. They returned both packages on 3/31/23. Foxyskates.com said they haven’t received any packages and when they contacted UPS, UPS said that the packages had been destroyed, even though USPS said both packages were returned. Now I’m losing $149.99 through no fault of my own.

Worst possible customer service! Sent me the wrong UGLY skates and then refused any type of compensation for my inconvenience. And refused to refund my money until AFTER returned item was received. Even though it took over two weeks for my skates to arrive, in the first place. Not to mention, GROSSLY overpriced! NEVER AGAIN!

I didn’t receive the skate bag I paid for and I emailed twice for help but only get another email saying my order was delivered. I’d like a refund for the bag I paid for but can’t seem to get anyone to acknowledge me and my missing item

boot fit perfect! comfy and i had to upgrade all the stock wheels bearings and bushings
