Beautiful and comfortable skates

The blue ones were my favorite! Black ones were not as comfortable as I had expected.

Very helpful with size n fast order person very nice talking with answering my questions and very respectful speedy delivery

I have now had my skates for a few weeks. While the boot part is comfy, great fit with no issues, the rest has been way too much trouble. I have yet to have a good night skating. The base was crooked. The wheels don’t spin. I emailed customer service and got a semi-rude response. I am not experienced with repair or even adjusting skates. I really thought new skates, out of the box, would be good to go. Not so much. I wouldn’t order from here again.

Love my new skates ! Perfect fit and smooth ride.

I skate made my skating experience much better...

I was told the order shipped and had to reach out to figure out why the tracking information wasn’t updating and it turns out that it never shipped and the size I ordered wasn’t even in stock. Extremely disappointing.

I chose the 2-day shipping but there was a delay. When I reached out to the team they apologized and gave me a refund for my shipping. I was pleasantly surprised on how they handled it.
