Haven't received my skates and the shipping label wasn't showing a date, after emailing my concerns I received a reply several days later telling me the shipping would update that night. We're looking at two days from that email now and nothing is updated.

I still have not received my order from April. It’s about to be June soon. I was sent the complete wrong item and was told to fill out a return approval form, wait on an approved return for them to tell me that they would give a head start of shipping my item and still nothing. I shipped the wrong item back long ago with confirmation from FedEx.

Unfortunately my package was delivered to the incorrect address and was taken. Foxy refused to send a replacement even though it was out of my control. They said I need to contact law enforcement to put in a theft report when the package was just delivered to the incorrect address. I do not recommend this brand based off of their customer service.

Ordering was easy and my skates arrived quickly. I ordered, what I thought were black skates, but they are actually a charcoal gray. I like them no matter, but was a bit surprised. Can't wait to use them!
