I have not received the skates that I ordered at the beginning of May. When I look at the tracking, it says the skates haven’t been given to the shipper. I emailed Foxy Skates requesting a refund and have not gotten a response nor did I receive any contact stating there would be a delay in shipping.

Loved my new skates! Got to use them twice. But my car was stolen last night!😪 Not only my rad new foxy skates, but my old vintage pair, as well as my kids scooter! Guess that's what I get for driving a Kia in Detroit;) Hopefully I can get a new pair soon🤬 But skates and bag set-up were totally awesome!

They charged me for shipping when I wanted to return my skates. Because I was not satisfied with the order because they ran out of stock of the ones I wanted and asked me if I wanted to pick another one but I didn’t like them and wanted to send them back.
