I purchase skates from and I thought they were black and they are a slaight grey. Not black🙁

::::Update:::: After writing this review and filling a charge dispute with my card company I finally received an email that my skates had shipped. Ten days after purchasing my skates they finally showed up. While the company did issue me a twenty dollar refund for the delay (and thankfully I purchased them at sale price) I still don't see myself ordering from this company again. Between the lack of customer service, the delay and the not-so-great construction/quality of the skates (and laces) it all just left a bad impression. I wish I had seen all the reviews on this site before I ordered from them. At least I had some skates show up unlike many reviewers, I guess. We'll see how long they last. I ordered a pair of skates five days ago and the order was confirmed and my credit card charged the next day. Not once has my order been updated. I commented on their Instagram account about this and they responded right away saying they were "moving warehouses" and that my order was delayed. They told me to email the help account and let them know I reached out on IG and that my skates would be shipped that day. My skates still have not been shipped, my order has not been updated, my 2 emails to customer service have gone unanswered and my request to cancel the order/issue a refund has not been responded to. Looks like I'll be reporting this to the BBB and disputing this charge on my card. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Good quality . Good easy to use website .fast shipping. Needs smaller kids sizes available though.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I was sent a totally different pair of skates. I sent an email and have not yet gotten a reply.

I received my order really quick but it was the wrong size but! They sent me the return label and they’re sending me the right size

Efficient fast delivery and I was able to track my delivery it makes me constable to purchase online with no worries of fraud I really like the product I am satisfied
