Shipping was consistent and was delivered exactly as expected. The packaging was in good condition and the skates and other items were clean and packaged well. I’m very happy with my purchase and the skates are great!

The skates I ordered were too large for me, and initiating a return was inconvenient. I had to email the help line and wait 1-2 days for a response. I was expected to pay for return shipping. Most companies will provide a prepaid return label.

I have not had the chance to really see and feel the quality of the skates themselves. However, I did buy a size too large and their customer service has been efficient and quick to help me to do so!

I never received my package. Tried to talk to the shipping and the seller and no one could help me. They said the shipping posted a picture of it delivered. But never let me see the photo. I’ve been waiting on a response and never got one
