The customer service is atrocious. I tried to resolve an issue with my YouTube storefront for DAYS without any response from the customer support team. All I was told was to try reconnecting my store to my YouTube channel and as soon as I told them that didn't work they stopped responding to my emails. I'm unable to resolve this problem on my own as they DO NOT have any means of verifying ownership of the storefront through Google Merchant Center. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fourthwall approved my logo online, then delivered a hat with wrong colors and my company name cut off. Support refused to take responsibility, blamed my design, and sent me a generic document instead of fixing the issue. Once I asked for a refund, they went silent. This feels like a company that approves designs, ships defective products, and then ghosts customers.

Customer service/support does not help you. They just redirect to another unrelated issue and provide documents that are already accessible and unrelated to you issue to make it LOOK like they helped but they don’t even address you with respect. Just a face on a screen as if they have better things to do.

Do not trust them with your business. I signed up to sell digital products on this platform and ran a few standard test purchases to ensure the system worked. I was charged for my own tests, which is normal, but the system is completely broken and refuses to allow me to issue a refund to myself. To make matters worse, their support is non-existent. I received one automated email response and have been ghosted for a solid week since. They are effectively holding my money hostage. If you are looking for a reliable platform to sell on, look elsewhere. This feels like a total scam.

I contacted the support team, because a package supposedly couldn't be delivered. Despite the fact that I can prove through my surveillance cam that there has never been any delivery attempt. At first the team was great, they kept me in loop on the proceedings and that they awaited the return of the package, which could be a while. After about 5 weeks they reach out again, that the package finally arrived. I responded within minutes and got no response. They contacted me on the SAME thread again is responded withing minutes again and got ghosted again. On the third time they said they would close the ticket since I weren't responding. I responded to that one again even threatening legal action causee quite frankly I've had it with them. No reply ever since. 0/10 would not recommend

Account blocked for no reason and they hold money. customer is not refunded. unresponsive customer support
