First and foremost, Fourthwall provides an incredible and invaluable service - for streamers, content creators, and beyond. That's undeniable. However, having made use of it for the first time today, their customer support is unparalleled. I tried using the chat bot, which to be fair, wasn't the worst I've used. However, after reaching out directly to support I was put in contact with Stephanie & Ivana, both of whom were extremely quick in response time, and absolutely spot on with identifying the problems we had, and coming up with a quick solution. Other companies should look to Fourthwall on how to do customer service right.

Honestly this site is really user friendly and great for small streamers just starting out who need some easy to get merch. And the tech support and help they provide are second to none. I needed help, sent an email expecting to wait days and heard back the very next day. And they fixed my problem super fast.

Although still growing & expanding, FourthWall has already proven itself to be a powerful tool for small businesses & content creators. If it continues on the path it is on it will give hosts such as Shopify & GoDaddy some real competition. It is very user friendly & their support is incredible.
