FourthwallReviews of fourthwall.com

Great experience, as a creator i can refund orders and see the order status. I can index the site on google and their responses of e-mails were always very helpful.

Despite not being a web developer, they helped me out expecially with my listing description also their support response is very fast!Every content creator should try fourthwall! Gloria Pavia Big Up.

Fantastic customer support ! Huge thanks to Eli, who helped me resolve my issue with great professionalism. I even received a detailed video recording explaining each step to follow. Really impressive service ! The store linked to YouTube via the Merchshelf app is excellent—easy to use and well integrated. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend it. Thanks again to the whole team !

Was having a problem with my payout. But Eli got it all sorted out. Very grateful and thankful for good service.

Support was super efficient and helpful!

Fourthwall is literally THE store for content creators big and small. I just transitioned there from Square to connect my merch directly to my shop and vice versa. Their onboarding team was incredibly helpful and their support team is the best ever! No kidding. I can merge my content with my shop and the other way around directly, the variety of products they offer is INSANE and completely yours to customize, and they work with all sorts of platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, the nine yards! If you're a content creator looking to make channel merch, or you're looking to offer your merch AND your videos at the same time at no cost, this is the place for you! The whole thing is completely free, and they only make money when you do! Give it a shot! (This is not sponsored, this is from the bottom of my heart)

Best site for creators! Customer service is always available and they help with any problems you might have. I've had a store with them for multiple years, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The shop is entirely customizable, you can set up your own domain, and there is no subscription fee you have to pay, they only take a small percentage if you make a sale. I don't think I would have a shop without Fourthwall, as I've been so disappointed by other sites for creators.

Have set up and sold lots of merch with Fourthwall at this point and have found every aspect to be great! Fans love the items - quality of product and print is fantastic, and I love the ease of use of the website backend, including YouTube shopping integration. The service is also really good. The reply when you email them, and do their best to quickly answer / solve any issues. I haven't had any quality issues, so I cannot speak to the resolution of those. But, not having any quality issues in the first place is the goal, so yay for that!
