This is a fantastic product
This is a fantastic product aimed at the fitness market however I bought it to monitor my Atrial Tachycardia and am impressed by what it shows. My only suggestion is that you produce 2 Apps, one for those monitoring healthy hearts and another for people like myself who are more interested in strapping it on when not feeling right and finding out what my heart is up to. I'm under the care of a cardiologist and he thought that the Apple watch product was OK, I think this is many times better and am hoping that I can impress him with what it is showing.

Loving the X2!
Loving the product. Ease of use and form are fantastic. Updates are coming along nicely and definitely improving the experience. Works nicely away from my phone too. Wore it during pick-up hockey and it recorded data with little interruption, even under my shoulder pads and with some physical contact.

Accurate recording with information way beyond simple heart rate
Helpful for me to be able to trigger an appropriate level for alerts while running. To get full value, it would be important to access information on the Frontier X website.

The device doesn't always connect to…
The device doesn't always connect to the app. Secondly the ecg reports can be difficult to understand. Lastly the battery life is quite weak.

We would like to let you know that as a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not provide the charging brick. The charging cable you have received is compatible with any USB plugs on a laptop or computer. The charging brick itself if you would need to purchase it is the 0.5 Amp/5 Volts as advised. Depending on your usage, the battery life of your device may vary: 1. A fully charged Frontier X2 can last 24 hours in Monitor Mode. 2. Your fully charged Frontier X2 can last for approximately 14 days if used for an average of 1 hr/day. 3. Your fully charged Frontier X2 can track a maximum of about 24 hours of activities before you need to download your data to the app and charge the device. 4. For optimal usage, we recommend charging your Frontier X2 when the battery level goes below 20%. We will pass your suggestion to our team as how we can improve our process further. Heart rate is accurate
Heart rate is accurate; cadence is correct. I really like the breathing rate and updates to correct any defects. I run/bike/walk and appreciate the impact these activites have on the body. The addition of O2 reading would be nice.

Great device for ECG but...
Great device for ECG, but pretty much useless as a BTE connection to external devices for HR monitoring/readouts. Not precise enough nor frequent enough updates (1 sec update sporadic at best). I always wear a secondary HR monitor to link to Garmin device and/or peloton bike.

Real good
Real good. The phone app still has some issues when I put in my height 5’7 it saves it at 6’6 not sure why. Also the heart strain does not show reading when using the app during exercise.
