This is the worst bank I have ever had…
This is the worst bank I have ever had in my life! They had a special savings for children. I gave them my phone number and I asked can you please call me and tell me about this promotion because they were really busy and there was only two people in the branch, did I get that call no! I have protection on my account where if I don’t have the money, they can’t put it through, but yet it happens all the time!

Leia was great. FOURLEAF is HORRIBLE!
Leia was great! However, I am moving all of my money out of Fourleaf because I don't "Money like a woman". Stop with the gender nonsense already! Fourleaf management is horrible. Go woke, go broke!

I returned my leased vehicle in…
I returned my leased vehicle in November of 2025. It took them till September 1st of 2026 to close the account. I called them a ton of times to have account closed out, but nothing happened for 10 months. In the meantime, it showed on my credit that I had a vehicle loan and it affected my credit for the purpose of buing my home. I had no vehicle loans ,but the 36k loan for the loan from four leaf was on my credit for way too long. I had to get in touch with them a ton of times to finally get it removed. I would never use them for any lease on any vehicle, even if their interest rates were lower the another companies rates. Worst credit lease experience I've ever had.

Our banker Xi has helped us before in the Albertson branch. He is very professional and had several complicated transactions to do. He is an exceptional young man and a great asset to the credit union.
