Daniel has been a great asset in managing and building out presence on Amazon.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with them. My TCOS was 350 - 450%. We couldn't gain any traction on amazon. Extremely frustrating experience and the group didn't seem to know how to fix our problems and improve it. ROAS was $0.20 - $0.40. We stuck with them for 5 months but they almost made us go bankrupt... Spending $7k in PPC marketing costs per month to get JUST $3k in revenue. HORRIBLE.

This isn't the cheapest company to work with but they have a lot of knowledge in this field and truly have your best interest in mind. Dan was very communicative and understand that for some people this isn't their full-time job and worked with us on meeting times and video calls. We have put a pause on their services for now until next quarter when we can allocate more funds but we will most definitely be doing more business with FountainHead.

Great assistance and experience when we really needed it, Dan interpreted our needs and helped us get a plan in place. We saw immediate improvement in sales and learned how to understand the performance metrics. We were given clear definition of deliverables upfront and given clear definition of those prior to engaging in the contracts.

We tried a lot of other agencies to help our Amazon operations, but the quality of work and support was never good. It was usually bad, honestly. Working with Fountainhead has been nothing but good this past year. I appreciate the attention and professionalism, and how they're always looking to raise our bottom-lines and percentage of market share. Thank you, all.

They took us to the next level. Our Amazon sales started to plateau (and dip) after the past two solid years of growth so that's when we hired Fountainhead. About 2 months in and we're growing again! I knew our team was good, but am still taken back my their expertise (especially our account manager Jon) when it came to the keywords, algorithm, and especially the paid PPC. There has been a tremendous ROI by bringing them in. Highly recommended.
