Bad experience…waste of MONEY
Was looking for a company to help take our Amazon business to the next level. This was not it. If you are beyond a entry level seller with limited skills, don't waste your money. I was hoping to get some expert consulting and a few golden nuggets and all I got was boilerplate suggests and modifications that actually hurt my rankings. When I questioned them on the changes they had made, they no concrete reason for making them and non of their decisions were based on history, which told me all they did was likely use a few SAAS tools (I was already using) and followed the suggestions, so frustrating. Their first title change was against Amazon T.O.S. and screwed up my listings, as Amazon locked the titles down, then when they made suggestion for EBC and I questioned their strategy, they had zero reason for their approach. I then asked about video and they didn't know what Amazon T.O.S. was concerning video, this was after they told me that only vendor account could post video in the secondary images, which is total false. If your a Amazon newbie, they might help, but if you know what your doing, stay away from these guys.. Now i know why you must pay a deposit that can only be used AFTER you cancel the account.
