They are super knowledgeable about Amazon. And very helpful. They can be difficult to get on the phone, but I found scheduling time with them works best!

Great assistance and experience when we really needed it, Dan interpreted our needs and helped us get a plan in place. We saw immediate improvement in sales and learned how to understand the performance metrics. We were given clear definition of deliverables upfront and given clear definition of those prior to engaging in the contracts.

Very professional and prompt with addressing my Amazon issue. The infraction against me wasn't removed, however, it reduced to a lesser charge. For this, I am grateful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Onboarding was quick. The estimates and invoices were mostly clear although the 3+% credit card fee was in the fine print. Not expected from an on-line service company to charge cc fees.....All in all a good experience - the long term engagement TBD depending on whether their counsel - which has been good to date - results in more sales....
