Amazing experience very helpful

Best experience ever. Order a dress and got it 3 days after. Unfortunately it wasn't the best fit for me. Contacted customer service and the best experience ever. After my return only took one day to get my store credit. I couldn't believe every time I had a question on the process, they were responding immediately. From now on Fostani is my dress store.

The delivery was very fast from the US to Australia with them and the quality of my dress was amazing, thank you guys! their customer service is also the best

I want to sincerely thank Ms. Lara for her outstanding support and kindness throughout my entire purchase process. She was patient, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me with every detail. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention she gave me — it made all the difference. I highly recommend Fostani, especially with someone as wonderful as Ms. Lara on their team!
