Be careful when ordering
Be careful when ordering. You can not try on due to non physical store. If you have to exchange, they will give you a store credit. Reasonable. Here is what you need to know NOTE: a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, along with any original freight/handling costs (if shipping was complimentary at checkout) Any discounts code can not be applied on new purchases. First experience with this store and for sure the last one

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe this review may not be related to Fostani.com, as some of the points mentioned don’t reflect our policies or practices. For clarity: We do not charge a 15% restocking fee, and we never did. Our return policy is transparent and clearly available on every page of our website. If your first order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost is only deducted from your store credit upon return, since you will still receive free shipping on your next order. The first-purchase welcome discount applies only to the initial order, and not on subsequent purchases, which is standard practice. At this time, we are not promoting any discount codes. We value honesty and transparency with all our customers, and we’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. If you believe this was posted in error, we kindly ask that you double-check or reach out to our team directly for any support. Best regards, Fostani Team
