A little annoyed by them not clearly displaying the one I originally bought was sold out however I am happy with what I received and it is as beautiful as I imagined it Also came in less than a week even though I live in Australia, I was shocked to get it so quick ahah

Good Afternoon Jessica, we are disappointed to see this review. Your return was accepted already. We just emailed you to inform you that the dress you returned was damaged because you shipped it back without being properly packed. It was not shipped in its protective bag. Also, we did an exception and accepted your return without any extra fees due to the condition of the dress we received it in. Leaving a review saying that we would not accept your return after we have already processed your return is dishonest at best. We would appreciate you removing this review as it is not accurate in any sense. Your return was processed hours ago and we informed you of that directly by email when we were speaking earlier.

I ordered a very expensive dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere. I was a bit nervous but went for it because I needed the dress and took the chance. They got it to me days faster than expected and it’s even more beautiful in person. I will definitely order from them again.

I paid over 100AUD for DHL international shipping - which I thought was expensive but was willing to pay given the time frame and shipping from the US. It turns out the dress was shipped from the manufacturer via Australia Post, from within Australia.

Hello Shannon, Please check out your bank account and your order with us. we did not charge you the whole amount you paid for DHL! we charged you just $25, you can check your bank account and your email, we refunded you $58.00 at the time your order shipped. you could easily contact us regarding this issue for more information, instead of hurting our bossiness with inaccurate review!

Once on April 8th, and a second time on April 13th. Your account has also not been deleted, as there is no way for us to do this. As we have explained several times, your gift card is available to use any time you like, and it does not expire. There have been zero emails from you regarding your account being deleted.
