Interesting experience. If I was to purchase something from amazon I would just return/replace it without any issues if it didn't work. Foscam will trouble shoot ask you to send videos etc. If you are a busy person non of this is convenient. In the end things do get worked out after days/weeks of emailing back and forth. Customer Service is good but different than U.S normality.The only real complaint I have is when buying a refurbished item there is no attention to detail. Both Floodlight Cameras I received were dirty with screws floating in the box like someone just threw everything in there without care. Do Better Foscam Hire me ill clean them.

Setting up this system is not for the average person. You cannot talk to a real person to get support. If you email support it takes 24 hrs for them to get an email back to you and their response is a link to their how to videosI', which are hard to understand. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get our system set up. It would be one thing if you could call and talk to someone. But I'd never buy again simply because of poor support contacts.

I received my Mesh DVR system just fine in the 1-3 day shipping i paid for, despite the error in the tracking number 1st received. It works great and like it a lot. After that it took over a week to the 1 of the 2 add-on cameras i also ordered at the same time. And I still haven't received the 2nd one yet as well.

NO 1800 NUMBER FOR IMMEDIATE SUPPORT

Totally frustrated with the support line, I do understand working with overseas technical support but when you can understand simple trouble shooting request it services only to aggravate the problem.

Worse service of my life!! This company is such a scam on their offers and customer service!! I ordered under the buy one get one promotion, I ordered and paid the price of a 2 pack, I received 2 single cameras so no free camera. I have tried working with their chat service and all they say is I got what I ordered. They are not addressing the fact even with picture proof I paid the price of a 2 pack and only got 2 cameras so again there is no free camera with the promo I ordered under. I found a customer service phone number of 1-844-1113 and they hung up on me when I wouldn’t give them my credit card number when I gave them an order number. Saying they needed it to verify who I was, SCAM!! When I called it never once said they are Foscam so I wouldn’t give them it because I wasn’t even sure I was calling the correct company. DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO VERIFY IDENTITY!!! So at this point we are stuck with these cameras because if we want to return them we have to pay the shipping fee and a 10% restock fee. I feel that is to discourage people from returning their products. Good luck if you ever do business with them, we will never again!!
