I wouldn’t recommend this service. The support team kept stalling on answering me, and did not answer until I did a bad review on trustpilot. After this, they reached out quickly and had the package sent off. They managed to get my package delivered but way later than expected. They said it was due to problems with other carriers than them. I give them two starts because of lacking communication and clarity.

Ordered some items that I had ordered previously, but the carrier for some reason refused to take them this time around (reed diffusers) Ayberk stepped in and managed to get the problem sorted out….if you’re trying to ship anything like that always ask the manufacturer for a copy of the safety data sheet to hand over to the carrier….although even with that, stackry refused point blank to ship them. Forward.me are the only company who will do a bit of investigating on your behalf rather than issuing a flat “no”.
