Thank you very much for forwarding my parcel from US. I did not shop via Forwardme, just used to forward parcel. It was my first time and it was easy to register and navigate through website as every step explained very clearly. The only problem was that I did not receive notification when the psrcel arrived to warehouse. Website says it takes 24 hours to process the parcel, but it wasn't the case with me. However, after messaging via Whatsap it was found very quickly and the message answered straight away. Highly recommend Forwardme.

We're delighted the registration and website process were clear, and that our WhatsApp team could help you quickly once you reached out. We also appreciate you flagging the delay in the warehouse arrival notification, we're always looking to improve this, and we'll share your feedback with the relevant team. Thank you again for your kind recommendation! Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team

Generally positive experience. Proverbially, does what it says on the tin. The only wish is for processing time to be faster, especially since I paid for expedited and prioritised processing.

Thank you for thanking me first of all. You asked for my opinion on your services, but I haven’t started working with you yet; I’ve requested a purchase but haven’t received the service yet – the process is still ongoing and the product hasn’t reached me yet. The service I requested is for you to purchase a product for me and then ship it to my address in Dubai. So please hurry up and complete the transaction so that I can experience your unique service. Afterwards, if you’ll allow me, I’ll write a review here describing my unique experience in glowing terms. So please forgive me for my frankness at this early stage, which is intended to benefit both myself and others who come after me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us, and for your wonderful honesty! 😊 You're absolutely right, and we completely understand. It looks like our review invitation reached you a little earlier than it should have, while your order is still on its way to being completed, and we're sorry for any confusion that may have caused. Please rest assured that our team is taking good care of your purchase, and we'll do everything we can to get your product on its way to Dubai as smoothly and quickly as possible. We can't wait for you to experience the service firsthand, and if you'd like to share your thoughts with us afterwards, we'd be truly honored to hear them. Thank you again for your kindness and understanding! 🛍️ Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team
