The senior technician was extremely knowledgeable, and very quick to solve my problems. However, there needs to be many more senior technicians. The time it took for me to finally get a senior tech was way too long. I know that they answer calls on a first come basis. But that means I have to be available for up to 48 hours, waiting in front of my computer. That is NOT always possible. There should be a way to have the tech call between 4 to 6 hour span when I would agree to be home.
