Failed to fully disclose limits of service prior to my subscription.
Although I love the tech support and the people are super accommodating and they get the job done. The sales people told me tech support covered everything cell phones, printers, computers, internet issues. they never told me I was limited to "ONE" computer, cell phone etc..... prior to the sale! I found out when I called for tech help. So much for full disclosure prior to the sale! They did take my money without full disclosure.

Hi Jon, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I understand how disappointing it must have been to learn about service limitations only after you had already subscribed, and I’m truly sorry that this was not clearly explained upfront. While I’m glad to hear our technical support team was helpful and accommodating, no customer should ever feel surprised by after a purchase. Your feedback is important for improving how this information is communicated. Please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] if you would like to share more details about your experience. Best, Logan D. Reputation Manager
