My technician was easy to understand, He was very respectful. He knew what needed to be done to fix the problem I was having. It was done very quickly.

Technicians were informative, constructive, and clear.

The technician understood the issues very well. Did not look to just go through the motions, but was determined to get to the issue and resolve it. He did resolve the issue. Therefore we are signing up a multi year service with System Mechanic.

The tech specialist was thoroughly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done, to check over, clean up, update and restore my desktop computers to good working order

The tech who cleaned my pc was excellent. I have a problem with the girl (Rachel) that answered the phone & got connected to remote---she did NOT tell me she was in sales (now I know why she was pushing for more product)...until the tech called back after he finished cleaning my pc....I was surprised to hear a man's voice but he explained that Rachel was in Sales & she had switched me to a Tech. That is fine BUT she should have told me up front that she was in sales & later that she was switching me to a tech. I called the tel # for a tech so thought that's who I had from the beginning. I'm glad the guy tech took over; he was EXCELLENT....went far behind to explain things to me so I would understand. Kudoes to him....I think his name was Marky (or something like that I saw on the screen). Thanks...
