My case was filed on April 28. It’s May 31 and I have yet to be notified when my team is assembled. They said it would take no longer than two weeks, but it’s been over a month and still nothing. If I don’t get an update within the next month, I’m going to switch lawyers.

My mom passed away on mother's day of…
My mom passed away on mother's day of 2025, and they keep speaking about something we don't need. So, Is it right to take from a dead woman that has know knowledge of what lawyers are doing that she trusted when she dies and the case is still ongoing. Constantly being manipulated, never telling truth, always trying to mislead you into signing when you don't have all the facts. As stated, lack of communication with attorney s, and all we get is different about everything concerning my mom's case.
My Mom was on her death bed, heavily under strong medicine when she was rushed and to sign an amount that was unfitting with the fibulator inhibitor over working her body. This was used for her heart not for gas and ulcer as the lawyer Devan n stated. She was forced to sign early when the company knew they already had won the case. This is why they held court in Florida instead of where the case had first opened up, which was in the state of Oklahoma. This is where it all begin, and now my mom can speak because she passed away a year or two after being forced to sign on an early day.

Big… not the best
Biggest not the best
BEWARE!!!
I hired Morgan and Morgan a little over a year ago. I’m on my third legal team and attorney. If I had known this is how they do things I would have gone elsewhere. The first team failed to notify the other party of the lawsuit. Legal team # 2 blamed legal team #1 and yet failed to notify. Legal team #3. Informed me they still haven’t notified. A year later and I’m starting all over again. Evidence? A year later who knows. It was never obtained!!
Please help yourself. Hire an attorney that will be with from start to finish. Not like morgan and Morgan with the attorney shuffle

This is a Bad Law Firm!
Truly a horrible experience with this law firm.
Don’t fall for their marketing.
My lawyer basically talked to me when they needed my signature about a year + after taking my case. After I didn’t show urgency (thanks to the bad service) in signing to accept the settlement amount.
This bad communication, not only left me feeling like i made a mistake in choosing this firm, but I also wasn’t properly analyzed by my lawyer, which led me to only getting proper care for some of my injuries (not all).
I had to deal with the others on my own over months. It sucked!
Before you sign off on anything that, or agree over the phone to basically stop communicating with the party at fault, make sure that if you lose income because of and after the accident, that you collect your lost income from the party at fault or their agent before you officially hire this law firm or will not have more communication with the said party.
If you don’t, you risk having to wait a year plus just to get back what you would’ve recovered directly from the party at fault, right after a conversation or two, and maybe week to a few weeks of waiting.
This firm literally doesn’t give a damn about your lost income. Or at least that’s the impression I got after my experience
It can feel like the firm is taking 40% of your lost income if you happen to only see that money after the settlement. Read below and you’ll understand why.
I know it’s probably in the print, but just so you know, the compensation/settlement structure works like this: 1) A settlement amount is agreed 2) The firm calculates 40% (as their FEE) off the gross settlement amount! 3) Morgan and Morgan collects the funds 4) then proceeds to negotiate all the bills down 5) The new and reduced bills’ amount is to be paid from the 60% of the gross settlement that’s left after their fee.
Conveniently screwing you over. Since you probably are expecting a 60/40 split off only after the net settlement amount that’d be left after the bills and any other accident related expenses are paid.
6) In the end, you’re only paid whatever is left, if any from the settlement. (They don’t really explain this to you when they first take you in. And if you signed good luck getting a hold of a lawyer lol)
Their fee surpassed what I received by a lot
The experience felt predatory or negligent. And it was horrible. I’d try another firm before this one. One that has your lawyers actually care about your case before proceeding so everyone is properly aware of the best options moving forward and can thus get the best outcome
One last thing, all parties got the funds but after 4+ weeks I still haven’t! I now have to wait 7+ business days (since it’s high season and in their own words, “may take longer”) just for them to ship it in the mail! That is basically weeks just to mail a piece of paper!

Trash
Trash, and waste of time
Your intake process is joke and a waste of time. After talking to 20-30 law firms just like Morgan & Morgan, I have no patience for lazy bullshit. You may be incompetent but I am not.

To late, Another missed opportunity because lawyers are deceitful money hungry clowns. I do not need your help now. You have access to Pacer. Do the math yourself.

Out of state accident!!
I was out of state, stopped at a red light & hit from behind by a truck driven by a man who was so distracted that he never hit the breaks. Totaled my vehicle, gave me a torn rotator cuff, 4 fractured ribs & horrible bruises. Unfamiliar with attorneys in that area, I picked Morgan & Morgan because of TV ads & billboards. HUGE MISTAKE!! They gladly took my case, assigned me a attorney with a case manager but was told (mind you after I accepted them as my representatives) that if for any reason I fired them, I would be billed for anything done to that point. I was in too much pain to question but then things changed. Attorney # 1 said not to call her or text & to only go through the case manager because "If she had to answer every message, she wouldn't have time to work on my case" I did have to call & text 3 times because I couldn't reach the case manager & badly needed guidance as we were stuck out of state without a vehicle & I needed care for my injuries. Attorney #1 did answer but was a bit snarky telling me the care manager was out sick. After the next few attempts to reach the case manager, she did respond & at least told me what clinic to go to & what doctor to see. Further attempts to contact the case worker went unanswered & Attorney #1 said she was now on vacation but she lied & the case manager actually had quit which I was informed of via email. Suddenly I was assigned a new case worker by Attorney # 1 but after a few weeks, I was told that she would not be representing me & I now had a new Attorney but he was on National Guard duty. After a few weeks we finally made it back home to our own state but still no word from Attorney#2. I questioned case worker #2 then after a few months of not hearing from Attorney #2, I was told he had also quit. I finally heard about a proposed settlement but case worker #2 said it was an insult & if I wanted, I could let it go to Litigation but if I agreed, Morgan & Morgan would take 40%. I now was assigned a Paralegal & Attorney #3. Long story shorter & almost 3 years, a deposition from both parties, the case settled but the original amount was much less because Attorney # 3 said he was unaware of a clause in my insurance which changed everything. Please tell me how an attorney who deals primarily with insurance companies could say he was unaware of this. While explaining this to me, he slipped & said he'd only come across this a few times. I believe he knew but he overlooked it. So, I got much less, Morgan & Morgan took their 40% pulse a few thousand more for incidentals like long distance phone calls (no out of county calls required) & they still held back $500.00 in case a few odd bills came through. The topper was seeing John Morgan on news channels being interviewed for being a political Mega Billion dollar donor! What I've learned from this is never panic & call the first Law Firm you see on TV or billboards because there are several smaller firms that would work harder for you. Their slogan instead of Morgan & Morgan for the people should really be MORGAN AND MORGAN, FOR THE MORGANS! I learned a hard lesson. DON'T HIRE MORGAN & MORGAN!!
For the record. Attorney #1 was Tiffany Trout, Attorney # 2 quit before I ever dealt with him & Attorney #3 did at least work to finalize my less than adequate settlement so I'll spare him by not giving his name. I also believe that they will take your case if it sounds "JUICY" like if you'll have to have surgery. That means jury trial & more money in their pockets. I should have had surgery but couldn't so they took the 40% plus expenses & went on to bigger fish. Beware!!
For the record, each reviewer gets a generic, heart felt response from their " Experience Care Team" saying that they are sorry you feel that way. On mine, they noted my successful settlement which is now closed. AGAIN, if you're looking for a law firm, do your homework & read the reviews so you're able to make an informed decision. Not everyone is happy with outcomes & I was not expecting millions but I was expecting a little compassion & feeling like my case mattered. I didn't get either one. MORGAN & MORGAN, FOR THE MORGAN'S still stands. Do your homework! Below date is incorrect. The year of my accident was 2022 & was settled in 2025/2026.

I’m extremely disappointed with my short experience
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this law office.
After speaking with an initial screener, I was told that I “definitely had a case” and was asked to provide detailed personal information, including my SSN, license, and other personal details. Based on that conversation, I expected a thorough and professional follow-up.
Instead, I received a brief voicemail from attorney Joanna Hair stating that after “reviewing my information,” they would not be able to assist me, without any explanation. I returned the call immediately and made multiple additional attempts to reach her, but did not receive a response.
At a minimum, I expected a direct conversation or a basic explanation, especially after being encouraged to share sensitive information. The lack of communication was frustrating and disappointing.
I would encourage others to be mindful when sharing personal information before receiving clear confirmation and direct engagement from an attorney. Very disappointing

Is it possible to give this company a…
Is it possible to give this company a negative star review? I’ve dealt with lawyers many times never I have experienced a law firm that doesn’t work with the client, that only got me less than 15% of the total settlement and is so passive aggressive, unprofessional and ultimately the worst decision I’ve made for law representation. I could never recommend this company in any aspect nor give them a single positive review for anything they did, they took care of themselves and the people they pushed me to work with and whatever was left was for me as a client. Super weak legally didn’t even know how negotiate a settlement or medical bills in favor of a client. Stated the worst experience I had with a law company, hire anyone else don’t fall for their website reviews follow real ones like Reddit and trust pilot
