Urban MattressReviews of fortcollins.urbanmattress.com

I recommend Urban Mattress. There are so many mattress stores these days, it seems like an explosion. What differentiates Urban Mattress is that they are local, your mattress is made when you order it. Mark Groutas from the Ft. Collins store was professional, knowledgeable, could explain the difference from one to another, addressed all of my concerns. The guys who brought the mattress to my house were very clean, courteous, fast, and friendly. The warrantees/guarantees at UM seem to be better than in other stores, too. Everything was as advertised. No surprises, no hidden costs.

They did a great job setting up our bed. They were professional, kind and willing to do whatever we needed. Urban Mattress is great. I would highly recommend them. Thank You!

After three visits to Urban Mattress in Fort Collins, my partner and I finally landed on our new mattress. Thanks to Colin, Joel, and Mark for answering all of our questions and for not rushing our decision-making process (even though those visits always came at the end of their work days). We'd definitely recommend checking out their new location in Fort Collins on the east side of College Ave.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and made in Colorado! We had been sleeping poorly for years on memory foam, and are delighted with the cool comfortable Silver Lake hybrid mattress we purchased from Urban Mattress in Ft. Collins. Delivery crew were on time and equally professional. Overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience buying our new mattress at Urban Mattress. Mark was a wealth of information and helped us feel confident about our purchase. He made buying a mattress a feel good experience. We also liked supporting a small, local business. We will be back!

No complaints, from first encounter in the showroom, to purchase, to delivery -- everything went smoothly. We had a one-day delay in delivery, but that was handled professionally by Mark. The delivery guys were on-time within the delivery window (they called with a 10 minute ETA), friendly, and efficient.

My husband and I, love our new Urban Mattress. We tried one of thoses online foam mattresses and almost died. Thank you Urban Mattress!! We love you and love that you are made in Colorado!

Excellent mattress, exceptional service! We really enjoyed shopping here and love our new mattresses. Even better that they are locally made!
