I've had good luck with Urban Mattress in the past and love their product. The sales transaction was hassle-free. However, I was told that the mattress would arrive two weeks after the purchase and it's been three weeks now and I haven't been contacted or received the mattress. I did call a week ago and was told that the mattress was on back order and should be here this week. The lack of communication is frustrating. So, I can't comment on the quality of the delivery or the mattress because I'm still waiting for it.

I really like the Mattress, but it took like 5 weeks to get everything delivered to me. I under stand that due to all the Covid stuff and it takes longer to get stuff but from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. Mark was very good, but the first delivery of the ergomotion frame left me wondering if I made the right decision to go with Urban Mattress. the delivery people were kinda rude. leaving trash on the floor. the second delivery of the Mattress was better. but again they forgot the sheets and when I went to store the salesman only gave me on I had to remind him that it was a two for one deal. Also i though i was getting a head board attachment that Mark told me it was another Free deal. So all in one the it was ok , Mattress and bed are great ,but sales and delivery people need to be more on the updated on what is being sent out to the customer.

Shipments delayed delivery of one of our mattresses. Urban Mattress provided a loaner and their products are really good. The two reasons I lowered the rating was 1) for the way prices were presented and discounts? applied. I thought there was some deliberate deception. 2) having purchased the premier adjustable frame, the delivery people were on the truck when I discovered that the vibrating mechanism was very noisy. I ran out to the truck and they just said that was the way they were.

Good customer service with appreciation for allowing space for a person to assess the recommended product(s).
