Excellent taste and food quality. Pretty much dinner restaurant grade. The variety of meals is extensive and not static. Would like to see more fish options.

Very good meals and they get my order right! I’ve had other plans that never got my order right. The meals are real food and not processed foods. I have loved every meal I’ve gotten so far. I’m on my third delivery.

Customer service is limited, with only a phone number and an email address (which I found buried in the terms and conditions). The FAQ section is basic, and the refund policy is strict — no refunds are given, only credits for future orders if issues are reported promptly and the next day after delivery is not promt enough as I called to cancel but I was already charged. I called and was basically told sorry Charlie. I orderd 12 meals and honestly was not happy with any of them. I orfered breafast and entres. The eggs tasted like rubber, as well as most of the meats. The vegetables were water soaked. Actually the Pancakes were ok. I absolutly do not recomend this company at all. Poor Customer service and bad tasting food

First of all the food tastes like cardboard paper. When you want to microwave it leave the windows open. The smell is really bad. Also the pretend they don't listen to voice mail. Anything to keep charging your card. Try another place. If I can leave 0 star i would have.

Tasty with simple ingredients

I am giving this company 3 stars because my food has been plentiful and really good. I love the fast reheat time also. The biggest problem is their customer service, or lack thereof. You cannot reach anyone, no one returns calls and the billing # just cuts you off. I have tried "pausing" meals and nothing happens. They processed my cc again. I finally just now got "Michelle" on the phone and she was not a customer service oriented lady. She fought me on a refund, it must be escalated, even though my order is not due to ship until the 25th. I told her if it was not credited, I would have my cc company refund the charge from their company. This is why I never order online. This is the ISSUE.
