It didn't arrive on the day it said it would, so it wasn't useful for our honeymoon. A waste of $30. And then I tried to cancel my subscription and still got charged for the next box - an extra waste of $80!!!! Way too hard to cancel. The second box also only had one meal I could actually safely eat, out of the six sent. Not multiple-allergens-friendly.

For my very first order they sent me only 1 meal that I actually selected the other 7 meals I didn’t order. I even received 3 bbq pulled pork meals I didn’t want.

The packaging is awesome! The food arrives chilled and it's easy to recycle. The meals are tasty, healthy and the amount and cost is right. It makes it easy to eat the way I want to. (Low Carb, High Protein, Keto, No Spice, etc). There is a good selection to choose from and it arrives on time.

My second order was delivered 2 days late so no one was available to get the order. I contacted their customer service again. He was rude. He said the driver would send proof of delivery. My security camera shows it was delivered 2 days late. I asked for a refund and he said no refund. I asked for a supervisor-he said no supervisor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Food would have been spoiled after arriving 2 days late.

Most of the meals have been amazing! However the mac and cheese... the full version is inedible. I rarely throw out food but this meal had visible pepper flakes and only tasted of pepper no matter how much I doctored it and I tried and I regret even trying because of how much food I wasted attempting to fix it. I'm aware some people enjoy pepper but I doubt people enjoy their entire meal tasting of pepper. As someone who doesn't enjoy the flavor I wound up having to waste the meal by tossing it

Meals so far are above average and delivery has consistently been solid with well packed items with two large ice packs and insulation in box. Customer service has been great but there are significant issues. 1. No android application have to use their very buggy website where placing orders properly is an unmitigated disaster. If you even consider their add ons ( primarily deserts) they immediately charge you and then if you try to alter you have to deal with customer service who while responsive make ordering awful 😞. 2. Nutrition labels are totally bull 🐂 💩. Sodium levels and fat levels are clearly false and ingredients are not all provided on labeling or website. 3. The lack of diverse seafood choices is glaring. Chicken is nearly every dish. They should call it Chicken Meals not Forkful... 4. Are they actually Forkful or just Eat Clean in 🥸 disguise? (Fact: prior user of Cookunity, Nutre Meals, Factor, Freshly). Honest Conclusion: Overall I'm continuing with Forkful but continued ordering issues may change that...

The food is good, but their support and delivery service is below poor. I have had a problem for almost every week I was with their service.
