This site is designed to sell medication. That's all they do. I prepaid for months and when I experienced side effects (that had to managed by my own doctor) all they offered is purchasing another "kit" for hundreds of dollars. Whenever I logged onto the site I was prompted to complete another "visit" for another issue. How is this even legal? Is there really no regulation on medication in this country?

I paid 900 for 3 months I got my first vial in Nov for the first four weeks it is now i never got my second vial which i was suppossed to dec 13th now its January 3 and I have never got a December vial and my January refill vial month 3 is supposed to be due on the 12 and my 3 months payment renews Feb 12 I paid 900 for 4 weeks and all I got was a 100 off credit and one vial that lasted 4 weeks and December and January never recieved anything

After three years as a customer of Hers, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with their prescription wellness services. The fundamental issues stem from their fragmented care model and poor customer service infrastructure. The most concerning aspect is their inconsistent medical oversight. Each interaction connects you with a different doctor who appears to not review previous medical history. This led to a particularly alarming situation where I received conflicting instructions from three different doctors about the same medication, including contradictory dosage recommendations. This lack of continuity in care is not only frustrating but potentially dangerous. Despite repeatedly communicating that my prescribed medications were ineffective, my concerns were either ignored or dismissed. The breaking point came when they automatically shipped and charged me over $600 for a renewal bundle of medications that I had specifically reported as ineffective. This demonstrates a concerning prioritization of automated billing over patient care and feedback. Their customer service compounds these issues. Response times are unacceptably slow, and when you do receive a response, the representatives seem unable or unwilling to actually resolve problems. The disconnect between the billing department, medical providers, and customer service creates a frustrating loop where legitimate concerns go unaddressed. While the concept of accessible wellness care is admirable, Hers' execution falls dramatically short. The combination of disconnected medical care, dismissive handling of patient feedback, and poor customer service makes it impossible to recommend their services. Patients deserve healthcare providers who listen to their concerns and prioritize their wellbeing over automated billing cycles.

I signed up for Semaglutide for weight loss. The His/Hers company was supposed to charge me monthly for their prescription. That’s how I wanted to pay. Instead, I was charged for an entire year before I could even try the product. The product had not been shipped. They were in such a hurry to bill me an entire year 1st!! I canceled. Now, I gotta wait for Apple Pay to investigate. Buyers beware.

I contacted my telehealth provider with you folks and she and the MD replied within 24 hours with usable pragmatic clinical information that was actually usable!! So far the product over the past 13 months has helped with some hair growth which gives me hope. I’m satisfied with this product this company and my doctors.

I’m not with you anymore. Poor customer service and I only gained weight I’ve already given you the information you need to find my account. But, I’m not with the company anymore so not sure you’d be able to find me. I don’t know the order number because I haven’t ordered anything recently.
