They took money out of my account 30 days ago on July 27, order still hasn’t shipped. Been out of gummies for two weeks, so I guess my process starts all over again. Sounds like shady business practices. When I called customer service all I get is the run around.

Basically stole my money. I signed up for a plan they sent to orders kept charging my card but said there was shipping issues so I was paying and not receiving meds. It's all ai so you can't talk charging or call anyone for help. Ended up with a part refund because I disputed through my credit card company. Looked on thier social media it's all women with the same story as me. Use another company

I subscribed to Hers for weight loss medication. When I needed help with a time-sensitive issue before a trip, they ignored my messages for days. I canceled my subscription, but they continued charging me. Customer service is only AI chatbots—there is no way to reach a real person. They make it impossible to cancel and keep charging you. Do not trust this company. They are currently being sued by the FTC for this exact behavior.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!! They don’t give a shit about their customers and keep giving you automatic responses from AI and every single time. I ask a question seven different providers give me a different answer. This is unacceptable. Complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend avoiding these dumbasses at all costs!! And now that they read this review, they want to “make it right” lol and get my name and my number and my account information. Why so they can continue to avoid me and ignore me. No thanks you guys have screwed me over more than seven times every single month, and I will not tolerate any disrespect and being treated so horribly especially when I was paying hundreds of dollars for the service and the fact that they can’t even acknowledge their mistake or own accountability and kept sending me to an AI Chatbot. They can go screw themselves if I wanted to talk to AI I would talk to ChatGPT for free and not get charged by “medical professionals. “

It's been very easy to get the prescriptions that I need. It's also nice to be able to message a doctor about anything and get a response on a very short period of time.
