I am still having a lot of shedding. I am growing concerned why this is continuing to happen. When can i expect for the shedding to end. In turn how long before I start to see improvement?

I am happy with the care I’m getting from hers. I’m starting from a place where I don’t need to lose a bunch of weight, but I still want to lose. I feel like my care team listens to my concerns, responds immediately and offers great advice and also options to change things if wanted. I’m so impressed that I have finally felt heard and am being taken care of instead of just brushed aside. Most of the time, I sign up for programs, you pay the money and the people running it don’t really care if it’s working for you or not. This is not my experience with Hers, and I’m very happy about that! I feel great and want to keep up the healthy lifestyle! Thank you.

Am pretty happy with the medicine. My food intake has decreased drastically and the weight is coming off.

I found the entire process to be stess free and actually enjoyable.

I started taking my anti depressant medication on January 14th. I have been experiencing Extreme Laziness, and it scares me. NO Motivation to Shower, get dressed, get a job or go out on walks or be in public with people. I have slept really well, at least 10-12 hours a day, and stay in bed for almost 20 hours a day. NO ENERGY!! NO MOTIVATION!! Please help me.

In the 11 weeks I’ve been on GLP-1 I’ve lost 20 lbs. lost my craving for nicotine lozenges & look forward to my next blood sugar test. The trifecta of better health! I’ve not had nausea but have experienced constipation. I focus on water/ protein/ fiber/ sleep & exercise. I’ve been plateauing this past week & 1/2. But have been unable to walk daily due to bad weather.
