Negligence
Negligence! So far my responses from my supposed board certified doctors have been passive and dismissive to my actual questions. I’ve posed actual pointed questions about drug interactions with metformin and topiramate and got better answers from ChatGPT. Considering I take an SSRI as well as a something to control a GAD There should be some monitoring.

HERS responded to my email very quickly in reagrds to an issue that I was having and resolved it within 5 minutes of emailing. This is awesome. Defintely will recommend this company.

Not happy
I have been very careful with my carbs and getting in my exercises but my weight has shown no improvement

I find the mobile reminder coming…to quickly
I find the mobile reminder coming before I have a chance to complete the sleep, nutrition,movement,weight section and then then when it appears the next time it shows I had no activity for the proper day.

This is the worst company
This is the worst program. No one ever responds to you. They send wrong information and inadequate amount of supplies. You're card gets charged for an incomplete order and none existent service. Stay away!
