Not happy, trying to cancel subscription for the meal replacement shakes and have not been successful. The shakes make me nausea and I am unable to return and I don’t have $110.00. Cancel my subscription, I’ve been on the app and it doesn’t make sense. Stop sending me the replacement shakes, I can’t drink them.

My medication got lost in the mail on the way to me and they resent it very fast so that I could start my treatment. Also the medicine prescribed is working really well and I can feel the difference in myself. Thank you for your help.

Too soon to tell! I’m optimistic that I’ll see/feel results in the next couple of months as I know it takes time.

Instead of having a section that shows if you took your pill that day have an entire section dedicated do it. Show the months so you can keep track of what week you are on. This would be especially helpful for those of us in the several weeks of taking this medication to keep track of which week you are on and which pills you should be taking. Have a section within this to show what symptoms you may be experiencing and what your weight is. This could be monitored by the doctors when there are questions about the prescription.

I cancelled online, but they still sent me product and charged me for it.

Have an employee who now is so sick that they have to go through procedures because they were able to get weight loss drugs prescribed from hers even though she was already had injections for weight loss from their prescribing doctor. It’s all hearsay but from what I’ve seen, I have a dumb employee who listened to commercials without talking to her doctor. There needs to be more background checks for prescribing medications that could cause issues.
