I’ve been taking my Her prescription for hair regrowth and I’m still waiting to see changes such as losing less hair and less hair breakage. I’ve only been on it a few weeks and so far if there are changes, they haven’t been noticeable yet. But I plan to stay on it a year so I may be able to rate the product higher once I’m able to notice results.

My experience with Hers has been great. I have surpassed my goals that I had set with using the GLP-1 injections. However, the only thing I have to say that I’m disappointed with is that you cannot charge monthly for the product. I have to really make sure that I have enough to cover the price for 6-months.

Love the ease of speaking directly to a Dr. who walked me through all side effects and looked at my profile and medical information to assure me that he believed the minoxidil would be a good fit.

Overall experience has been great. Initially the check in with the water intake, movement, etc. was good. Kept me on track. Got cumbersome in the longrun so I stopped but will go back to doing it if I think I need too. Still having a hard time with getting all my protien in. 30 lbs down though if you count the 5 before I started with the shots. At a plataue right now but hope to lose more. Working well for me. Has been slow but steady loss. 1-2 lbs a week which I like.

I actually almost rated hers at a 3 star but I have faith in the hair loss medication and I’m hoping for the best. Your app isn’t easy to navigate (at least for me). I would have responded immediately to the doctors question if I had known there was a message. I had no reason to look for a message and DID NOT receive a notification that I had a message. Even then I have difficulty navigating the app to get where I need to be. I was looking for to using the weight loss medication but because miscommunication I cancelled. Hanging in there with the hair loss product. I’m not experiencing any issues with the product.

Every step of the way there has been communication which is amazing. There's an app to keep track with no additional fees. Doctors to talk to in need. Step by step process are accessible at any time. Overall the best experience.
