Buyer beware
UPDATE 8/16 - HERS Customer Service came through & provided a positive solution & an apology. I mailed the unopened medication box back to HERS and the issue & refund were issued this week. My initial review is listed below, but I am now appreciative of customer service doing the right thing & staying true to customer satisfaction. - Buyer beware! Placed an order & immediately regretted it after reading more about medication side effects and canceled the order right away, way before shipping! Was charged regardless & have been back and forth regarding the charge. I am returning the box unopened. Package inside unopened (I believe to be) as I have not opened the box! Returning to sender, warning potential customers to avoid making a purchase and working with my credit card company about the fraudulent charge. Hers will claim they do not reverse a charge on a product… but yet the original box is in tact, unopened.
