I voiced concern about being placed on Wellbutrin at the beginning, yesterday I broke out in hives all over my body: this has never happened to me before. The doctor told me to stop taking the medication, but didn’t offer up a solution or a financial benefit. This whole program has been pretty lame.

So far I do feel like the medicine is helping. The first week was a little rough but my anxiety attacks are less often and overall I'm feeling a little better. Hers is very good with checking in and they sent me a stronger prescription at no cost when I felt the one I had wasn't working. Overall great experience so far!

Customer service excellence, doctors response very fast , affordable treatment

I’m really disappointed. I’m halfway and I’ve only lost 8 pounds. I feel like I can’t get past 162 lbs. it’s not working for me. I’m eating lighter and doing light exercising.

My weight loss journey started in July and I wanted a Year's worth of this product. I ended up with just 3 months and I saw that they had sent me the wrong package. Because it had already shipped it was mine and too bad. Now I got an email saying it's going to automatically renew September 10th. It's close to $400 a month. I am thrilled with the product itself I've lost so much weight I've lost almost 15 lb. I am thrilled about that. The product works it's safe and I swear by it. I am extremely disappointed that my journey with this company is going to have to end and I'm scared because I have no idea which one I'm going to trust but I know that hers.com their product works. I'm not sure why my order to begin with was not what I asked for. I'm devastated and heartbroken because I wanted to go through here but I cannot afford it now. I give two stars because the product is wonderful and the guy that I called on the phone tried everything he could to help me change my plan and could not. I really wanted it to be you guys but I can't afford it and I'm sad that you guys didn't get it right to begin with. my journey is not even close to being over but sadly it's over. My dream of losing weight has come to an end and it was not my fault. It was yours. I am a gigantic social media celebrity. I will be sharing my experience with millions of people all over the world. I will also be contacting the better Business bureau about what I've gone through and why you guys are not competent enough to listen to your customer when they are ordering from you and get it wrong because it messed up my entire plan. I feel pretty devastated right now and if you guys couldn't help me when I called to get my order correct or somehow integrate my plan to work for me then you're definitely not going to work with me now. The difference is with me? I have a gigantic effect via social media. I will always say your product works but I will warn them that you got everything about my order incorrect and it costed me. Not you. My dream of losing weight and being on a program for a year was shattered. Thank you but no thank you.

I haven't received my new prescription yet. I've been waiting for weeks since they've changed my prescription, since my first one gave me horrible side effects. It's frustrating to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing. I wish I could just get a refund at this point.

It's been a month. Haven't noticed anything positive or negative yet.

I’m am unsure of how long it takes for the weight loss to start becoming noticeable. I am only at week four. So I understand that I have not been taking the medication for very long.
