I need to cancel my subscription, and so should any other woman ordering minoxidil. What Hers doesn't tell you is that although you deliberately purchased a drug to promote hair growth, minoxidil WILL MAKE YOUR HAIR FALL OUT FIRST BEFORE IT STARTS WORKING!!!! I was so pissed because my hair was already thin, which is why I thought Minoxidil would help. NO WARNING ABOUT THIS WAS GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE so hopefully this reaches other women who are considering buying minoxidil for thin or thinning hair. DON'T DO IT!!!!

I am impressed that the program is constantly watching on my needs and delivery. I don’t have to do anything because hers does everything and if I don’t contact them they do so to make sure that everything is going well. I recommend the program to anyone.

I love the organization and thoroughness of receiving shipments, but recently received my 2 series from a pharmacy in Arizona(?) Is this the main pharmacy to expect my shipments? Also, I sent an email and changed my delivery date as I’m currently on antibiotics for a staph infection. I did not receive a reply and the shipment was not postponed. Now, I’m shipments behind as I couldn’t even start until my staph infection cleared. I’m concerned about the missed communication I’ve experienced and hoped for specific and/or clarification on how to contact someone to follow up with? My name is Carrie Rolla

I am disappointed with this company for the fact that as far as I understood, I only have one subscription which won’t renew until next year. We live in two different states during the year and right now we’re not in the state where something was delivered. I have texted and replied over and over to ask what was delivered, and I have not gotten an answer. It’s very frustrating and I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure what the order number is, but it’s the last thing that was delivered in New Mexico while we are in Iowa, so it is sitting in a hot mailbox and I was charged I believe $82 for something I didn’t want.

They really understood me and helped right away so glad I took the chance and made the call.

Weight loss with the injections has been easy and I’m very pleased with my progress. Just requested med for hair thinning and that has been approved. Eager to start that.

The providers and service is great! However I’m not not really seeing any results.
