My weight has remained stagnant, my injection refill dates are not always met, and it takes an excessively long time to get a response after making an inquiry, making my service experience very unsatisfactory.

I feel that the products are high quality and effective. I also like the fact they there is constant communication. The doctors and staff are always checking up on you to make sure everything is going to plan.

Sounds great for weight loss then you get to the end and BAM! The $199/month it says is correct but you have to pay in FULL! For one year one you check out they are going to charge your card $2388.00. Not doing that. That’s a lot of money at a shot ( no pun intended) I’ll keep looking.

Received an unexpected first AND LAST package from HERS with a hole on the bottom melted ice packs and no written materials. No way to contact you. Cannot and have not used the contents- don’t know what was supposed to. E inside. Fighting with my credit card company.

First, your system uses the USPS system to verify delivery addresses, but ships medications using FedEx. That makes it extremely complicated to get deliveries for someone like me, who lives in a rural area that does not have USPS delivery for any mail. Second, it would be helpful if the support team read the messages. I made a request and received a template response that didn't come close to addressing the original request. That's a waste of 24 hours when looking for a helpful response.

I am thrilled with Hers. The meeting I had with the doctor was informative, although scheduling was a bit chaotic. The GPL1 injections they recommended have been helpful in moving me closer and closer to my goals. What really surprised me was the almost immediate lessening of the "food noise" (the constant thinking of food) I have been plagued with since I was a child. Client services has been responsive and helpful each of the times I've asked questions. I do feel as if this company cares about their clients. I would have given 5 stars if only Hers had an option for changing subscription easily. Now that I know this is the product for me, I would like to move from a 3 month purchase plan to a yearly, but I have been advised I would need to cancel my current plan and start all over again; setting up a new purchase, meeting with the doctor, etc. As I am very close to my weight goal, I was hoping there would be some type of maintenance plan, but to my knowledge there is not. PS - If I am wrong, please let me know!!!
